Floral Windows Inspire a Peachy Bathroom Spa

An inspired stain glass artist used some gloriously floral towels as a jumping-off point for this bay window "canvas." Privacy is created by the translucent but obscuring glass. A gathering of peach-hued tulips is the focal point, and peach ribbons float around the glass art's border, which is in turn framed by white molded wood frames. Baskets, bath salts, silk bouquets and even the bathing robe and marble tub deck take their colors from the towels. Note how the tub deck ends are cut on the diagonal to mirror the shape of the bay window. Shiny surfaces like the glass shower door at left and the tub surround reflect the stained glass window, doubling its dramatic theme wherever you look. Imagine sinking in up to your chin in that deep tub, while whirling jets relax your tired body. Most likely the bubble bath will smell like fresh peaches, don't you think?
