Red Double Exterior Doors with Radiating Cross Design and Brass Door Lever

This set of double exterior doors are interesting because the two doors are not the same size. Each door is a framed door with a single panel; however, the door on the right is a much narrower door. This type of asymmetry in door sizes is not typically seen. On the face of both doors, however, is a symmetrical design. The design is framed with simple, square molding, but the design itself is not rectangular around the perimeter of each door. Instead, near where the door's brass lever is on the one side, two notches are built into the design. When the doors are viewed together, the space outside the frame where the two doors meet forms a cross. The panels within the frame on each door radiate in a star burst pattern, making the cross appear to have rays shooting out from it. The doors are finished with a flat red enamel.
